This March, Union WELL Inc. is embracing the importance of rest and relaxation with our Sticker of the Month, designed in honor of World Sleep Day!
March 15th marks World Sleep Day, a reminder that quality sleep is essential for our health, mood, and daily performance. Whether you’re a student balancing assignments or a busy professional, prioritizing rest can boost focus, memory, and overall well-being.
The Design
This month’s sticker is a cozy, dreamy depiction of clouds, stars, floating Z’s, and a peacefully sleeping sheep—all set in soft pastel hues to create a relaxing, sleep-inducing atmosphere. The goal? To visually capture that blissful moment when you drift into a restful slumber. Whether you’re a night owl or an early bird, this sticker is a perfect reminder to prioritize your rest and well-being.

Good sleep is essential for overall health, mood, and academic success. Whether you’re pulling all-nighters or simply struggling with a busy schedule, making sleep a priority can help you stay energized, focused, and ready to take on the day.

• Stick to a Schedule – Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day (yes, even on weekends!).
• Limit Screen Time – Avoid phones, tablets, and laptops at least 30 minutes before bed.
• Create a Relaxing Routine – Wind down with reading, meditation, or light stretching.
• Watch Your Caffeine Intake – Avoid caffeine at least 6 hours before bedtime.
